NSI Software India Pvt. LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of NATIONAL SYSTEMS, an American Software development company based in Texas. Our mission is to provide the lowest cost software development solutions to both the Indian market as well as the American market. NSI India was founded with the premise that Information Technology should not be overly complex to the end user. With the introduction of new technologies and advances in hardware, companies often find themselves in an unending race to keep up with the technology wave or be left behind. In order to keep up, they invest large portions of their IT budgets towards new systems and in training their staff to support the applications.

We are positioned to help corporations address this issue by providing the consultants with the knowledge and expertise they need to support their current systems as well as help them map out their future IT infrastructure. Re-sourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of Human Resources, Financial Resources, Technological Resources, and Natural Resources. Because organizations can be viewed as systems, management can also be defined as human action, including design, to facilitate the production of useful outcomes from a system. This view opens the opportunity to 'manage' oneself, a pre-requisite to attempting to manage others.

 

The Team:

 

 

Hari Patro completed his B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in 1972 and his MBA from Kansas in 1976. Mr. Patro has 30+ years of IT experience as a programmer, Sybase DBA and as a managing partner of National Systems. Hari is past President of the Indian Association of North Texas.  He has served on the Executive Committee of DFW Hindu Temple Society serving 60,000 families in North Dallas.  Mr. Patro has served as past President of Orissa Society of Americas – Southwest Chapter. Mr. Patro is also actively involved as a member of the board of trustees for Indian Lions club of Dallas.

 

Mukesh Shah is a managing director and top client engagement manager of National Systems. He received his BBA Degree in Management from University of Texas in 1978 and his MBA from Abilene Christian University in 1984.  He has over 30+ years of IT experience in the areas of software development, client relations, New Business Development, recruiting & sales. Mr. Shah has volunteered his time for community work as well as for the charitable work at DFW Hindu Temple.  Mr. Shah has also served on the board of Texas State Chapter of the Indian American Friendship Council, a non-profit political organization in the vanguard of representing the Indian-American community and fostering relationships between Members of Congress and Indian-Americans nationwide. 

 

Seelam Reddy received his B.S. Degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas and M.S. Degree in Psychology from Osmania University in 1983.  He has successfully worked in many areas of Information Technology including, programming, recruiting, Sales and managing large accounts. Mr. Reddy has many interests and holds a distinguished track record in community service. He has volunteered his time for community work as well as charitable work through Boy Scouts of America.  He has served as an Assistant Scout Master in Boy Scouts of America Plano Troop 1999.  Mr. Reddy has also volunteered his time for Texas chapter of Telugu Association of United States, a non-profit organization involved in community service.

 

Prasant Mishra has more than 20+ years of experience in a wide variety of industries. He brings an in-depth understanding of Operations and organizational dynamics along with rich work experience in the HR function and IT functionality across multiple industries: engineering, manufacturing, telecom, IT and ITES. He has made significant contributions to the growth of NSI India Software at various stages of its growth.  Mr. Mishra’s unique passion of working with people has earned him a nickname as “People’s Man”. His day to day leadership is vital to the survival and the growth of NSI Software India Pvt. Ltd.
